Shipping charges are calculated based on actual shipping rates provided by UPS and USPS®. Rates are calculated in real-time based on the combined package weight of your order and the origination and destination zip codes. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm CST. Orders placed after 11AM CST will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Next Day Air will not deliver on Saturday unless we are contacted directly that you need Saturday delivery. This is an additional service and fee that UPS offers. Saturday delivery is not available in all areas.
NOTE: Due to the massive increase in orders, please allow up to 2 business days for order processing and shipping. If you selected to remit payment via check or money order in which case we will hold your order until your check or money order clears. On occasion, we may become backordered on a part. Under these rare situations, there will be a delay of up to one week. Please contact us if you need your order by a specific date and we will make every attempt to accommodate your request. If you need to cancel an order, please write CANCEL ORDER with your order number in the subject line so we can get it taken care of before it ships out.
Order tracking is provided free of charge with every order placed. Please allow up to 2 business days for tracking information to be updated. If you do not receive tracking information after two business days, email firstname.lastname@example.org for an update.
