If you have the ADM billet upper reciever then the ADM rail will work perfectly and is designed for hard use. However it will work with a regular mil-spec upper reciever but with no anti rotation tabs the rail will not be sufficient for hard use. A drop could potentially twist the barrel nut depending on the accessories that are attached to the rail since the proved pin that is used to mate the rail to the billet receiver from being rotated cannot be utilized.

Good Evening, Thank you for your purchase and thank you for your review! Similar to other handguards on the market, if you are using an upper receiver that is not drilled for an anti-rotation pin, you will need to have your upper drilled to use our anti-rotation pin. We do offer the print as well if you were to take it to your local machine shop. With all of the handguards we have sold over the years, we have not had any issues with the rails twisting when attached to a forged upper without the anti-rotation pins.
