Product Returns and Cancellations

Our Promise

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, simply return the product(s) along with a completed copy of our return form. You can complete and print our return form by clicking the following link: Returns Form.

Before returning a product, please make sure you meet the requirements below.

Return Requirements

  • Returns do not require an RMA.
  • Returns  DO  require a completed Returns Form
  • Any product return must be done within 30 days of purchase.
  • All Clothing and Apparel Sales are FINAL, NO returns or exchanges.
  • Any product return must be in new condition. Product must be returned in the original packaging, with the original materials it was shipped with ( Instructions, wrenches, screws, Vibra-tite, etc ). If any of these items are not returned with the product, there will be an additional $20 restocking fee charged to you.
  • We CANNOT accept returns on scopes, red dots and components that have been mounted or used. For warranty issues or defective parts, you must contact the original manufacturer. All returns on scopes, red dots and components will require a 20% restocking fee.
  • Please include the original invoice with your order, as well as the Returns Form.
  • Any product return or exchange must have been purchased directly from ADM and not a dealer or wholesaler.
  • All credit for returns does not include credit of shipping cost.
  • Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment used for purchase.
  • Returns and refunds can take up to two weeks to be processed (not including shipping times).
  • If you wish to make a return past the stipulated 30 day return period, ADM may issue an in-store credit for product of equal or lesser value.

Exchanges

  • Place a new order online for the correct product you need. Send the original order back with the Returns Form and we will refund the original order, less shipping once we receive it.
  • Exchanges and refunds can take up to two weeks to be processed (not including shipping times).
  • Any product returned for exchanges must be in new condition. Product must be returned in the original packaging, with the original materials it was shipped with ( Instructions, wrenches, screws, Vibra-tite, etc ) If any of these items are not returned with the product, there will be an additional $20 restocking fee charged to you.

Firearms Returns

FIREARMS CANNOT BE RETURNED AFTER THE TRANSFER PROCESS HAS BEEN COMPLETED. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the firearm BEFORE completing the transfer. If there is a problem with your firearm, contact us BEFORE completing the transfer. We will work with the store at no cost to you. After we have reviewed the defective firearm, you will have the option of receiving a replacement or receiving a refund for the defective firearm. Absolutely No Returns on firearms unless a defect has been found. All DUTY GRADE and BLEMISHED items are sold AS IS with NO RETURNS or REFUNDS.

Order Cancellations

All order cancellations will incur a 5% Processing/Restocking Fee.

Our Disclaimer

If the product has been used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions but is faulty, unfit for purpose or does not match the sample or description please return the product to us with a copy of your invoice and returns form. If the product is determined faulty or unfit for purpose we will provide you with a refund or exchange.
